RSI Warranty
In 1994 Restoration Specialists Inc received our first license from the Nevada State Contractors Board. At the time we applied for and received a C-17 Lath and Plastering license. This began a partnership through the years that we have enjoyed greatly. Since that time we have applied for and obtained five additional contractors licenses that have allowed us to expand our services in this industry. As the years have passed we have abbreviated our company name to RSI Builders.
Since the beginning of the company we have met with Contractors Board Representatives to guide us with their knowledge and resources to maintain our trusted position.
As a result of our positive history with the Nevada State Contractors Board and a great desire to offer superior service to all who reside in the State of Nevada, we have maintained a history free from complaints. This has provided us with great friendships and trusted references recommending the services of our Company.
Pool Deck Warranties:
2-Year Conditional Warranty
RSI Builders uses the highest quality products from Westcoat Specialty Coating Systems to ensure long lasting beauty to your pool. Our 2 year warranty applies to the complete grinding of existing pool deck as well and any new texture applied to existing concrete. This warranty includes work related to the grinding of existing pool deck coating down to raw concrete and applying the Westcoat deck system over existing concrete. The conditions of this warranty include normal chipping and lifting of the deck system or sealant. This warranty does not include any cracking caused by concrete. It does not include damage caused by user malfunction, including but not limited to: vandalism, dragging or dropping anything that can cause the deck to chip, natural disasters, excess water sitting on deck coatings, continual exposure to hard water from irrigation systems, and staining caused by landscaping and blacktop.
1-Year Conditional Warranty
This conditional warranty applies only to a spot repair of existing deck system. This warranty applies to the Armor Seal product only. It does not include any chipping, cracking, or lifting of deck coatings applied by others prior to the seal coat application. The same conditions from 2 year warranty apply to this warranty.
Painting Warranties:
RSI Builders using Sherwin Williams Paints exclusively. These products can carry up to a 15 year warranty. By teaming up directly with Sherwin Williams, we offer some of the best warranties in the business. Warranties vary by project. Call us for more details.
Block Wall Waterproofing Warranty:
RSI Builders uses only the best products. STO Watertight is a waterproofing agent used on block walls the prevent water from coming thru to the negative side of the wall. This product carries a 5 year manufacturer's warranty. Call us for more details.
All Other Warranties:
All projects come with a standard 1 year warranty as required by the Nevada Contractors Board. Items that void the warranty are: Vandalism, Acts of God, Continual Exposure to Water, Damaged caused by User Malfunction, Cracking. Except where noted above, RSI warranties cover labor and material if product fails or is applied incorrectly.
